Coastal Nectar came to our school to educate the young Prep children about the importance of bees. All teachers who attended too were absolutely amazed at the variety of teaching materials utilised. We will definitely be booking again for future education sessions!

We had a presentation with Coastal Nectar and it has by far been a highlight of our Youth 4 Climate program. The participants were actively engaged through a range of activities, discussions and materials. Communication leading up was prompt, friendly and clear.

We had a "World of Bees" incursion today from Beekeeper Tom and it was so great! Tom was so knowledgeable and presented in a fun and relatable manner, keeping our group really engaged. We have all gone home to plant more flowers and have a new respect for bees’

We had Bee Keeper Tom come into our ELC and what an incredible experience. They loved the interactive games and the short film they watched, even the staff learnt some amazing Bee facts. Bee Keeper Tom is a must if you are exploring Bees in your classroom.

Tom came to our primary school to present to our Foundation students. He did an amazing job! His presentation was engaging and informative. The students loved each moment and learnt so much. Looking forward to seeing Tom next year for another incursion!

The Foundation kids are all buzzing about Tom the Beekeeper! Tom was fantastic from the start- easy and professional to communicate with. The students hung on Tom's every word, as he shared his beekeeping expertise it was clear that Tom is extremely passionate and knowledgeable in this area. The students loved the real beekeeping equipment and items that they could touch and explore.

Beekeeper Tom visited our Year 2's yesterday for an incursion on 'World of Bees'. It was a fantastic learning experience for our cohort, as we move into our new unit on 'Insects'. Tom's manner was warm, friendly and professional. His activities were pitched perfectly to our age-group and activities were engaging and appropriate. We really like how the hour included a mix of movement, listening, tactile exploration and scientific facts and knowledge. I would definitely recommend this incursion for anyone who is studying bees or insects.

We had a wonderful Buzzing Bee Incursion with Beekeeper Thomas from Coastal Nectar. The children and parents were extremely engaged the whole time with amazing resources and delivery of information. There was plenty of laughter to go around too. We would highly recommend this incursion to others and we hope to have the opportunity to organise another one again in the future.

Bee Keeper Tom came to our school for an incursion. He was fantastic! He was very engaging for the students. Bee Keeper Tom had fun activities, visuals, interesting equipment, beeswax and honeycomb we had the chance to look at. We all enjoyed learning about the fascinating world of bees and why bees are important to the environment and the food we eat.

Beekeeper Tom did a great job presenting with our Year 3/4 students. The presentation had lots of energy and passion, and was a great follow up to our earlier work on pollination. Tom involved movement, resources and a creative video of bees at Coastal Nectar.

Thomas ran a Bee incursion for our childcare centre - Mulberry tree! He came in well prepared with resources and engaged with the children really well. We had a few parents join in for the incursion and he engaged with them well and shared fun facts! We highly recommend Booking Thomas in for a fun and engaging session.

Thomas was a great facilitator as part of our school holiday program at Common Ground Project. He was very entertaining and informative. All the kids had a blast and the parents learnt a lot too!

Thomas came and spoke at our Library event and was such a knowledgeable, engaging, fun and interesting speaker. His passion for what he does is evident and infectious. Definitely recommend getting along to hear him speak or booking him for an event!
